Entry

AC

Use the remote — Cool ~24 °C. Turn off when leaving. Message host if it drips or fails.

Electric shower (chuveiro elétrico)

Temperature is set on the shower head (Verão / Inverno / Off), not a wall mixer. Never touch electrics with wet hands.

Wet-room bath

Shower water goes on the floor by design. Use the squeegee. Keep toilet paper dry.

Noise

Lapa is lively at night. Earplugs are in the unit. No parties. Respect quiet hours.

Checkout

  1. Dishes away; fridge clear of your food
  2. Trash out
  3. AC / lights / fan off; windows closed
  4. Lock; return keys to lockbox if used
  5. Message host
